Program
Regional ( 1 to 5 )
Gymnasts selected for the competitive level of the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) program, the regional circuit for levels 1 to 5, benefit from a complete and well-structured training system. This program is carefully designed to ensure a smooth and efficient progression to higher levels of competition.
The training plan focuses on acquiring and perfecting techniques, according to the specific needs and objectives of each gymnast. Coaches provide tailored support, creating an environment conducive to personal and athletic growth.
Throughout the gymnastics year, gymnasts take part in up to four competitions. The regional circuit includes six different apparatus: vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline and tumbling.
Competitions are adapted to the realities of their region, offering gymnasts valuable opportunities to demonstrate their progress in a stimulating and caring environment.
The season ends on a high note with the Challenge des Régions, a landmark event celebrating the hard work, dedication and achievements of the selected gymnasts.
