Recreation

Recreational gymnastics is a rewarding activity that combines fun with learning gymnastic skills. Designed for everyone, whatever their level, this practice offers a space where everyone can develop their skills while having fun.

In a fun environment, participants discover the fundamentals of gymnastics through a variety of games and exercises. Sessions are designed to be both dynamic and engaging, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with essential movements such as rolling, jumping and balancing. The emphasis is on exploration and experimentation, making learning intuitive and enjoyable.

Beyond technical skills, recreational gymnastics also encourages the development of self-confidence and teamwork. Children learn to encourage their peers and celebrate their progress, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and support.

This approach allows everyone to progress at their own pace, while nurturing a passion for gymnastics. The pleasure of practice is at the heart of every session, making every moment spent on the mat a joyful and memorable experience. In short, recreational gymnastics is a gateway to a world of discovery, friendship and well-being.

Our programs

Toddler program

From the age of 18 months to 5 years, children develop their motor skills through gymnastic courses. The level of difficulty and objectives vary according to the child’s age and motor development. They learn to jump, climb, roll, work on their sense of balance, spatial orientation and much more.

Cangym program
5 to 7 years

This program is designed for all skill levels. Based on the Canadian Gymnastics Program, the child develops basic gymnastic movements with the help of educational exercises. They continue to develop his motor skills while exploring a new course structure. Children progress at their own pace, following the objectives of the 5 to 7 program.

Cangym program for ages 8 and up

A program of the Canadian Gymnastics Federation, Cangym meets the needs of children of all ages and skill levels. The aim is to promote participation while developing physical skills and self-confidence.
